Author Terms of Service

By submitting your article(s) to us:

• You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article. You must own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. If a ghost writer is used you must be the only one with the rights.
  
  
• You give ArticleBlender.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our ArticleBlender Ezine, RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.
  
  
• You give ArticleBlender.com unconditional permission for your articles to be reprinted in other ezines, websites and print publications. We ask publisher(s) to follow our reprint rules as stated below, but you acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
  
  
• You acknowledge that it is ArticleBlender.com Admin's sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. Quality definately matters. Checking spelling and proofreading is required by you as we do not provide this service. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
  
  
• You understand that if your article does not conform to the ArticleBlender submission guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted submission guidelines. It is not our responsibility to correct your work though our editors may correct your article to conform the more likely senerio would be a rejection and you would need to rework the article before resubmission. Please read our submission guidelines before submitting your articles to save time and speed the article approval process.
  
  
• You declare that you will not send in any articles with affiliate links in them. We reject articles with direct affiliate links. It is ok, however, to include a domain name that you own that forwards to an affiliate link. This is one of our many article quality standards.
  
  
• You understand that the ArticleBlender.com Admin reserves the right to move your article to a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted.
  
  
• You will not receive payment for your articles. We do not pay for submissions to our directory and we do not require publishers to pay you for their use of your article. The primary reason for submitting your article to our directory is for the chance to be picked up by ezine publishers or webmasters to be reprinted to their respective audiences. There are no guarantees your article will be reprinted by anyone.
  
  
• You acknowledge that ArticleBlender.com is advertiser supported. We reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.

Publisher's Terms of Service

• Leave leave intact "Article Source: http://www.ArticleBlender.com" when you publish articles from this site.
  
  
• Respect the copyrights of the authors by publishing the entire article as it is with no changes. As well as include the FULL Resource box at the end of the article.
  
  
• Agree not to change the title or content of the article in any way.
  
  
• Agree to make all links so that they are Active/Linkable with no syntax changes.
  
  
• Agree to not put any of the articles found on this site to any web site that also contains warez, illegal mp3 or other files, instructions on how to make bombs or steal, or expressions that promote hatred or profanity or racism or bigotry, or contains pornography or exploits children or animals or any human, or any other unlawful activities.
  
  
• Agree to never reprint any article from this site via any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.
  
  
• Agree to never sell any article from the ArticleBlender.com directory.
  
  
• Agree to never charge others to view any article you reprint from our directory.
  
  
• Agree to never translate any content from our site in any language. You may not create derivative works from any of our content.
  
  
• Agree to not add any active links to any article you reprint from our site. This unethical behavior would lead someone to believe falsely that the author of the article endorses the active link when in fact there is no truth to that.
  
  
• Agree that your use of anything connected to ArticlesBlender.com, our newsletter, our RSS feed or our website is completely at your own risk.

While ArticleBlender does not generally own the copyright to the articles found within our site, we do have permission for publishing them. No additional permission is required from the author of any article within our directory as long as you agree to every term listed above in section.

You agree to not hold ArticleBlender.com liable for the accuracy of any article on the site or on any partner sites. ArticleBlender.com is set up to connect authors and publishers. If you have an issue with someone stealing your original work, please contact us and we will remove the article in question immediately.
